Have ordered a few times once I found out that you existed. I have dealt with Leah each time and she is wonderful. She... registered my machine for the recall as I had not been notified by the people that I bought it from. Dealing with you direct is saving me considerable $ as the local people are rippling us off.read more

In early Aug 2021 I purchased a Resmed auto set 10 from your cpap store. I had just become aware of the Phillips... Dreamstation recall and was scrambling to find a replacement but most online stores were out of this model. They allowed you to place the order and then told you they were out of stock and on back order. When I contacted Your Cpap store, they were actually in stock and on sale. I placed my order and received my machine a few days later already preconfigured with the settings I gave them. Leah assisted me and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I was so happy with the service I placed a second order for a resmed n20 nasal mask and plan to continue using this store in the future.read more

When the order was filled an ready to be shipped she notified me by phone an left me know about one of my products being back ordered an that also she was gonna be sending me an email with my order receipt an my tracking number . I had such a wonderful experience with Your CPAP Store. I am visiting from the US during the holiday season. Last night... as I was setting up my CPAP unit, I realized that I had forgotten to remove the coupling from my old hose to connect the new hose I brought with me. So no CPAP for me last night. This morning I decided to search for a CPAP supply store near me. I found Your CPAP Store. I called and spoke with a lovely young lady named Leah. I explained the situation. I didn’t want to purchase new headgear because I was only missing the coupling. She said that she was sure she had an extra one and would give it to me at no cost. I thanked her and said my friend would pick it up since I’m in quarantine. She then called me back to double check which headgear I’m using. My friend picked it up and it fits perfectly. Now I can sleep well tonight with my machine.While I didn’t actually purchase anything from Your CPAP Store, their customer service is excellent. Thank you so much for saving my holidays.
